About KarenKaren Zelinsky is a certified yoga teacher and HypnoBirthing® facilitator. She has been doing yoga since 2000. Karen became a certified yoga teacher through Finding Inner Peace Yoga with Maureen Spencer. In August 2005 Karen took the HypnoBirthing® facilitator training with Marie Mongan, the founder of the HypnoBirthing® natural childbirth method. Karen used prenatal yoga throughout her 2003 pregnancy and the the HypnoBirthing® Childbirth Method for the birth of her son in 2003. Through the use of HypnoBirthing® and prenatal yoga, Karen had a short, natural, beautiful birthing experience. It worked so well, she decided to get certified to help other women have as wonderful a birthing experience as she had. In addition to being a HypnoBirthing® and Hatha Yoga instructor she has her license to teach high school in Massachusetts. |
