Birth StoriesKaren used the the HypnoBirthing® Childbirth Method for the birth of her son in 2003. Through the use of HypnoBirthing and prenatal yoga, Karen had a short, natural, beautiful birthing experience. It worked so well, she decided to get certified to help other women have as wonderful a birthing experience as she had. Karen took the Hypnobirthing® facilitator training in August 2005 with Marie Mongan, the founder of HypnoBirthing®. In addition to being a HypnoBirthing® instructor, Karen is also a certified Hatha Yoga instructor and has her license to teach high school in Massachusetts.
